A legal company in East London are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their dynamic and growing team.
Conveyancing Solicitor Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of conveyancing cases from inception to completion
- Conduct legal research and provide expert advice on conveyancing matters
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
- Qualified Solicitor with a current practicing certificate
- Experience in residential/commercial conveyancing
- Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
