Position Overview
In this role, you will be a key point of contact for business clients across the UK. You will manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient service. Your work is vital for maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to the company's success.
Responsibilities
- Process customer product orders received via phone and email.
- Enter order details accurately into the SAP system.
- Manage any order adjustments, substitutions, and cancellations.
- Respond promptly and helpfully to all customer enquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Apply correct pricing and carriage charges to all orders.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and effective manner.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales-based role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive approach with the ability to take initiative.
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
- Experience using SAP is desirable but not essential.
