Customer Service Administrator - Wholesale Business

Position Overview
 
In this role, you will be a key point of contact for business clients across the UK. You will manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient service. Your work is vital for maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to the company's success.
 
Responsibilities

  • Process customer product orders received via phone and email.
  • Enter order details accurately into the SAP system.
  • Manage any order adjustments, substitutions, and cancellations.
  • Respond promptly and helpfully to all customer enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  • Apply correct pricing and carriage charges to all orders.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and effective manner.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales-based role.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and colleagues.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to take initiative.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Experience using SAP is desirable but not essential.
